Please complete our client information form and upload any relevant documents so we can prepare for your appointment.

Client files will be processed in the order they are received. Forms and documents submitted after 2pm CST will automatically be placed in the queue for the next business day.

IMPORTANT: Once your file is submitted through our online portal and a tax professional

 has started preparing it for your consultation, if you choose NOT TO FILE, a consultation fee of $50 will apply. This fee must be paid via CashApp to $hierarchyfinancial or Apple Pay. Please consult with your tax preparer for more details. The fee covers the time spent by our professionals in preparing and optimizing your return.
