Please fill out our client information form and upload any supporting documents within the form so we can prepare for your appointment. 

Clients' files will be completed in the order received. Forms and supporting documents submitted after 2pm CST will automatically sequence into next business day queue.

ADVISORY: Once your file has been submitted through our online portal and a tax professional at our firm has worked up your file in preparation for consultation and decide NOT TO FILE, consultations are $50 and must be paid via Cashapp to $hierarchyfinancial or Apple Pay, please consult tax preparer for this information. 

This fee is in exchange for our professionals' time completing and maximizing your return.
